Create social media content on site and supervise on-site shootings (photo/video). Develop with HQ communication assets to promote the restaurant (flyers, newsletters, goodies etc.) - Support the HQ team with the press agency to ensure strong media coverage and PR activations. Communication: - Work hand in hand with the Marketing HQ team to ensure local and international visibility for the restaurant. Oversee the decoration for weekly and annual events. Events: - Plan and manage weekly, monthly and annual events (concept, production, budget tracking and reporting) based on group guidelines. Work hand-in-hand with the HQ team to source and produce all marketing items (menus, invitations, flyers etc.) and communication assets (ads, posts, newsletter etc.) - Ensure all marketing guidelines are respected and implemented at a local level and that the brand lives up to its quality standard on all touchpoints.
